By making a reservation or staying at RSAM Beach Resort, guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by management.
Cancellations and changes to bookings may be allowed depending on prior agreement with the resort. Guests are advised to inform the resort as early as possible for any changes.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in applicable charges or forfeiture of reservation.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN.
Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
An extension fee of ₱500.00 per hour will apply, with a maximum of two hours. Exceeding this limit will be charged as a full night stay.
Full payment is required upon check-in.
All additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
Guests must follow the maximum room capacity assigned to their accommodation.
Cooking and eating inside rooms or units are strictly prohibited and will incur a penalty.
Smoking inside rooms or units is not allowed and will incur a penalty per offense.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper use of resort facilities.
Any damage to property or leaving the room in an uninhabitable condition will result in corresponding charges, including repair or replacement costs.
Guests must comply with all resort rules, including:
Bringing food is only allowed for guests renting a cabana.
A corkage fee of ₱100.00 per head per night applies.
Induction cookers and similar appliances are not allowed.
RSAM Beach Resort shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for securing their valuables during their stay.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a guest’s stay for violation of resort policies without refund.
All terms are subject to change without prior notice.
