Policies

Welcome to RSAM Beach Resort. To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following policies:

Reservation Policy

• Reservations are subject to availability
• Guests may be required to provide valid identification upon check-in
• Changes to reservations depend on room availability and may incur additional charges

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 NN

• Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability
• Extension fee: ₱500.00 per hour (maximum of 2 hours only)
• Exceeding the allowed extension will be charged as a full night stay

Payment Policy

• Full payment is required upon check-in
• Accepted payments: Cash (and other modes if applicable)
• Additional charges (if any) must be settled before check-out

Cancellation & No-show Policy

• Cancellation terms may vary depending on agreement with management
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of reservation or applicable charges

Food & Cooking Policy

• Cooking and eating inside rooms/units are strictly prohibited
→ Penalty: ₱500.00

• Bringing food is only allowed for guests renting a Cabana (₱2,000/night)
→ Corkage fee: ₱100.00 per head/night
→ Induction cookers are not allowed

Smoking Policy

• Smoking inside rooms/units is strictly prohibited
→ Penalty: ₱500.00 per offense

• Guests may smoke only in designated areas (if provided)

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed inside the resort

Swimming Policy

• Swimming hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• No swimming from 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (cleaning time)

Cleanliness & Damages

• Guests must dispose of trash properly in designated bins

• Any damage to property must be reported immediately

• Rooms left in poor or uninhabitable condition (e.g., excessive mess, strong odors, vandalism) will be charged:
→ Full night stay and/or replacement costs

Safety & House Rules

• Turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use

• Do not leave appliances or chargers unattended

• Ensure faucets and showers are turned off

• Always lock doors when leaving your room

• Putting up tents inside the resort is prohibited

Liability

• Management is not liable for loss of personal belongings

• Guests are responsible for securing their valuables

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times
• Follow all resort rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone
